U can see titles only in int districts, no?

hmm, can never get to see them, u click on a teammate da box dun pop up to showq the title for him. DOes dat mean he is rank 0?

I think he has to check the box next to one of the titles listed in his Hero (the "H" key) interface. Without one checked off, your title doesn't get shown publicly. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

That is correct, gotta pick the title you wish to display - assuming you've earned one.
